Contact

Book an automation consultation.

A consultation is a working conversation about the routine work in your business: what comes in, who handles it, where it stalls, and which parts of it already follow rules a system could follow instead.

Email is how one starts. Your note is the starting point for the conversation, so a few specifics about the work go further than a general inquiry.

Or write to contact@rivetrelay.com from your own email application.

No technical preparation is required. You do not need to know which tools connect to which, or what the automation should look like. Describing the work in plain terms is enough.

Helpful to include

None of this is required. It gives the first conversation something concrete to work from.

  • What your business does, and roughly how many people handle the day-to-day work.

  • The routine work you would hand off first — whatever gets repeated most.

  • How that work reaches you now: phone, web form, email, text, or somewhere else.

  • Who handles it today, and what they do with it once it arrives.

  • The tools you already use for scheduling, records, or customer information.

  • Anything that should stay with a person no matter what.

The conversation

What the consultation covers

A look at how the work runs today and where a system could reasonably take part of it.

  • The work as it runs today

How routine requests actually reach your business, and what happens to them after they arrive.

  • Where a system could take over

Which steps follow consistent rules, and which ones depend on a person reading the situation.

  • A sensible starting point

What would be worth building first, based on the work you described rather than a fixed package.

  • What stays with your team

The boundaries you want kept: the decisions, conversations, and approvals that stay with people.
