How Is AI Automation Different From Workflow Automation?
Workflow automation is the wider category. AI automation is one kind of step you can put inside it.
Most of what a business automates needs no AI at all. A trigger fires, a rule checks a few conditions, information moves between two systems, a notification goes out.
