Terms of Use.

Last updated

These terms apply to anyone who visits rivetrelay.com. They cover the website itself, not the work we do for clients.

The short version: this is a marketing website. Reading it does not hire us, and nothing on it is a promise about what a system would do in your business.

In plain terms

  • Using this site means you accept these terms.
  • This site is information, not an offer, a quote, or professional advice.
  • Client work runs on a separate written agreement, which always wins over this page.
  • Diagrams and examples on the site illustrate how automations work. They are not client results.

Accepting these terms

By using rivetrelay.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.

Who we are

Rivet Relay designs practical AI systems that answer, route, follow up, update, and keep everyday business work moving. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Rivet Relay, and “you” means the person using the site.

The email address published on this site is the way to reach us.

What this website is

This site describes services we offer and explains, in general terms, how automations of that kind normally work.

Service descriptions are written to explain a capability, not to specify a deliverable. Which systems connect, what a workflow does, what it collects, and what it is allowed to say all depend on the business, the tools already in place, and what is agreed in writing. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, a price, or a commitment to build anything in particular.

No client relationship from browsing

Reading this site, using the automation assessment, sending the contact form, or emailing us does not create a client relationship and does not commit either of us to anything.

We take on work under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, responsibilities, fees, and timing. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement controls.

Examples, diagrams, and the assessment

The workflow diagrams, sample sequences, and industry examples on this site are illustrations. They show the shape of an automation, not a record of a specific client engagement, and they are not a guarantee of any result in your business.

The automation assessment on the homepage is a simple starting-point tool. It gives a general suggestion based on the option you pick, it stores nothing, and it is not a recommendation, an audit, or professional advice about your business.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Automations touch things like customer records, messaging consent, and recorded calls, and the rules for those vary by state and by industry.

Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from someone qualified to give it for your situation.

Acceptable use

You may read this site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or try to reach any part of it that is not public.
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, or disrupt it for anyone else.
  • Scrape or harvest the site at a scale that burdens it, or copy it to build a competing site.
  • Misrepresent yourself, or imply an association with Rivet Relay that does not exist.
  • Send false or misleading information through the contact form, or use it to send advertising, solicitations, or bulk messages.
